Fegley's Brew Works Hop'Solutely (Allentown, PA) - 11.5%
Deep copper in color, brewed with Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo, Summit
& Tomahawk Hops. It has a complex grapefruit hop aroma which is
followed by a smooth malt flavor.
Dogfish Head Theobroma (Milton, DE) - 10.0%
This beer is based on chemical analysis of pottery fragments found in
Honduras which revealed the earliest known alcoholic chocolate drink
used by early civilizations to toast special occasions brewed with Aztec
cocoa powder & cocoa nibs, honey, chilies & annatto (fragrant
tree seeds).
Dogfish Head Sah'Tea (Milton, DE) - 9.0%
A modern update on a 9th century Finnish proto-beer. Brewed with rye,
the wort is caramelized with white hot river rocks, then fermented with a
German Weizen yeast. In addition to juniper berries foraged directly
from the Finnish country-side it has added a sort of tea made with black
tea, cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, cloves & black pepper.
